Evaluation

• The process of evaluation takes one completed monthly cycle, and may include
• Hormonal assessment through blood.
• Seman analysis and culture
• Hysterosalpingogram (HSG), an x-ray that detects blockages or malformations of the fallopion tubes.
• Endometrial biopsy, which can detect any inflammation in the uterine cavity
• Surgical evalution and treatment including hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, which enables the physician to diagnose and correct problems inthe uterus and pelvic cavity.
• Cycle monitoring, which involves testing through ultrasounds.

Initial Treatment

After evaluation we develop a customized treatment plan based on your diagnosis, age and goals. The initial treatment options may include:

• Ovulation induction using fertility medications
• Timed intercourse cycle
• intrauterine inseminations (IUI)
